Nearly all cards listed “Near Mint” could be considered Mint by many. I treat nearly Mint cards the same way PSA gives out 10s. Any card Mint is marked so because it is pack fresh straight to penny sleeve/top loader combo and looks right. Thank you for looking and let’s make a deal.
